Domestic Shipping
Free DHL express shipping on all Australian orders

International Shipping
Free DHL express shipping on all International orders

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

Please note, we do not accept the responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed packages once the package is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you.

COVID-19
Due to covid restrictions, there may be delays on the arrival date of your package. Please see the DHL delivery website for the most up to date information on shipping times.



INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.

Please check your tracking details in the case that DHL are trying to contact you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any package once it is in your country.



MADE TO ORDER

Please note each item is MADE TO ORDER                                         

Please read the garment product page carefully as each item is made to order. Delivery timeframes are stated on the product page indicating the number of weeks prior to delivery.

Orders placed as of 03/14/22 are currently due to ship out 6 weeks from the date that you process your order.



RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any queries of returns after 7 days of receiving goods will not be considered.

Once you have contacted us at shop@carolinereznik.com.au we will inform you with the details to carry out the shipment of the return.

The item must be postmarked indicating the place, date and time that the item was delivered into the care of a postal service within those 7 days.

Returned items must be unworn, and saleable with all original packaging and security tags in place. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions.
